1. Only persons considered as adult (according to your local lows) can join in our Affiliation Program.
2. NO SPAM! Every account responsible for spamming e-mail, newsgroups, etc. will be terminated.
3. You may not send us traffic from any sites which contain illegal content.
4. You can NOT redistribute copyrighted member area content (pictures or videos) for promoting the site. Only samples provided in promotion area are allowed.
5. Partners will be paid 50% of original sales, plus 50% of every recurring fee that member pays while his account stays active. We shall subtract cancellations and chargebacks. These commissions will be paid and tracked by CCBill.
6. Sales processed by ParteyKey (our secondary billing processor) can't be tracked and paid. Note that the join page links CCBill join form and only people that might not be able to join with CCBill will be sent to PartyKey.
7. We reserves the right to change the commission rate with a preliminary notice to the current email address of webmaster.
8. We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for all commissions due, except in cases where it is determined that you have violated this agreement.
